What should a Secret Santa questionnaire ask?
The most useful form asks about interests, favourites, relevant sizes, gift ideas, allergies, and things to avoid. It should be short enough that everyone completes it and open-ended enough that the giver can still choose a thoughtful surprise.
For families, let a parent complete one for a child. For work exchanges, avoid personal questions and focus on snacks, colours, hobbies, desk items, and preferred shops.
